Cottonwoods Course is challenging with many
water hazards. Over half the holes border
water and one of the course’s signature
holes is a par 3 island green that has claimed
many, many balls. The course is always well
maintained with fairways comprised of Zoysia
grass that turns a tawny saffron from late
fall to spring. The tees and rough are made of
Bermuda grass that is overseeded with rye
grass to maintain a year round green. Par72;
